ATC Murray Man training program

Adelaide Triathlon Club provides a coordinated and structured training program that will appeal to both new and the not so new to the sport of triathlon.

We have engaged Jason Delfos, Local Triathlete, Triathlon Australia accredited Development Coach, Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach, Level 1 Olympic Lifting Coach, Bronze Level Swimming Coach, Triathlon SA Development Officer and with an 11-year Fitness background in varying roles, as our Coaching Coordinator to help develop the plan for our sessions.

Each week the tailored weekly program will be published on our “Training with ATC” Facebook Group and Newsletter (for those not on Facebook) giving all members access to the plan.

The training plan is structured around the two biggest races on the Triathlon SA Calendar; ATC’s own Murray Man (first weekend in November) and Victor Harbor Triathlon (March Long Weekend). We believe each event has every distance to cater for all abilities and levels, whether you are brand new to Triathlon, aiming to win your Age Group or simply step up in distance.

Every Session that we run will have a clear and designed purpose leading up to these two races.

This program is available to all ATC members.
